Sutton Young was tasked with designing a new brand for Haydn & Rollet Property Fund, which they named ‘Ergon’. The purpose of the rebrand was to differentiate themselves from Haydn & Rollet and provide greater clarity to clients and third parties. We are thrilled to unveil this new identity, which retains the same founding values of quality property assets, relationships, and returns.

The name ‘Ergon’ is derived from ancient Greek, meaning ‘meritorious work’, and it serves as the root word for ‘George’, paying homage to the founders, George Haydn and George Rollett. With this new brand, Ergon aims to continue their legacy of excellence and distinction in the property investment industry.
